Leland Maples runs the LOOP’s Ministries (Loved Ones Of Prisoners) and leads a Thursday night bible study held in the Rec Room at Life Change Baptist Church in Odessa Texas.  The Rec Room message on Thursday, September 2nd was entitled “Separation” and was given by guest Pastor J.Y. Durham.  Special music was by Charles Reynolds at this meeting.  There are three conditions that must be met by people who want to follow Jesus.  These are:

1. You must be willing to deny self.
2. You must take up his cross, and
3. You must deny selfish desires.
