The lesson on September 16, 2018 was part 10 of the Practical Lessons and Right Division study.  This weeks focus was on the house that we find in Ephesians by reviewing a concordance of where house is mentioned.  We learn how this house has a family with a heirarchy reflected in the God head with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  God provides the will or plan, the Holy Spirit is the teacher and the Son carrys out the plan.  In Ephesians is shows the emphasis on the headship of Christ being the head of the newly created body that we are a part of.  Wayne takes us through serveral passages in Ephesians and expounds on the Greek words behind the KJV translation. We learn how the House must have rules, and how the Gentiles are now in.   How the House is built and fitly framed and growing.  How the House is designed to be the habitation of God and how He governs and edifies the body of Christ.  The scripture reading was from 2 Timothy 4:16-18 KJV

“16 At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge. 17 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. 18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.”
