Lessons

The lesson on June 16, 2013 continued the study in “Galatians” with part 9 and covers chapter 3 verses 15-20.  This passage is exciting to study because there are some challenges to understand what is being said regarding the addition of the law to the promises.  We learn about mans covenant in regards to a Jew.  We learn about the time frame reference of 400 years and 430 years (which was from the promise made to Abram and the Exodus out of Egypt). We also learn what the meaning of verse 20 where Paul speaks of… “a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one”.
