“God’s Plan of Salvation” (II Cor. 5:19-21)

“To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing theirtrespasses unto them; …we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.

For He hath made HIM (Christ) sin for us, who (Christ) knew no sin; (in order) that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” (II Cor. 5:19-21)

“The Faith” – God’s gift – a revelation given for the recipient to believe (vs. 19, 21).

“Personal Faith” -The recipient’s response – the Affirmative: SINS forgiven. The Negative: otherwise (vs. 20).

EXPLANATION: as to what – as to why – as to how – as to RESULTS (vs. 21).

THE SETTING: “Heaven’s Court Room

THE JUDGE: “Christ Jesus,” the Son of God (John 5:22; Acts l7:31)

THE SENTENCE: “DEATH” (Rom.5:12; I Cor.15:22)

THE RECONCILER: “God was in CHRIST” (Rom. 5:10; II Cor. 5:21; Col. 1:19, 20; Heb. 2:9)

THE PRICE: SHED BLOOD OF CHRIST (Heb. 9:22; Phil. 2:8; Heb. 13:20)

THE INVITATION: BE YE RECONCILED (John 1:12; 3:16)

THE CONCLUSION: SALVATION – (II Tim. 1:9, 10)

GOD was RECONCILED – His Gift

Be Ye RECONCILED – Your Privilege
