The lesson on February 27, 2022 was part 9 of “The Ends” study.  We reviewed what was presented in the previous lesson, particularly that Acts has an “ends of the ages” context NOT the beginning of an age.  1 Corinthians 2:7 mystery does not refer to The Mystery that was revealed to the Apostle PAul in Eph. 3:9 or Col. 1:25, 26.  There is an idea that we should go on unto perfection which means you should have learned the fundamentals of salvation but you should continue to learn the meat of scripture.  Wayne then further expounded on the word Earthly ἐπίγειος in relation to the Earthly realm.  In John 3:12 in the context of resurrection, there are certain things that are better, specifically the out-resurrection.  We learn in Paul’s response to the question in 1 Cor. 15:35 asking “How are the dead raised up?” and what body do they come?”.  In Paul’s response in 1 Cor. 15:40, he says “There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another”.  The remainder of the lesson is to study how resurrection provides you a specific body designed for its intended realm.  In The Mystery, our calling is in the heavenly places where Christ sits so our body will be fitted to habitat that realm.  We learned of the the three realms, Earthly, Heavenly and Under the Earth (Philippians 2:10; Revelation 5:3 KJV).  The scripture reading was from Philippians 3:17-21 KJV

“17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. 18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) 20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”
