Leland Maples runs the LOOP’s Ministries (Loved Ones Of Prisoners) and leads a Thursday night bible study held in the Rec Room at Life Change Baptist Church in Odessa Texas.  The Rec Room message on Thursday, February 17, 2011 was entitled “Growing in Christ” and was given by guest teacher Ivy Shelton who is Pastor of Sherwood Baptist Church in Odessa, TX. Brother Shelton has been a friend of the REC Room since its beginning.  He always brings a good, practical message honoring Christ.  The lesson involves the story of Gideon from Judges 7:1-25.
