E W Bullinger and Structures

I know C H Welch used structures, and E W Bullinger did before him.

However, there was a book published in about the mid 19th Century which dealt with structures (mainly or exclusively of the Psalms, I think).

After the author's death, when the publisher wanted a revised edition of this book, Bullinger worked on it and his name was on the front piece.

However, I cannot remember the author nor the title of the Book.
