Evolution

The debates continue to rage in regard to evolution and creation in our schools. What is interesting is that the evolutionist does not tolerate both sides being presented…this coming from the liberals who are always talking about tolerance! This group has already gotten the Bible out of schools. This group fears the Bible more than anything. They would rather give our children condoms, aid them in abortions and embrace homosexual perversion rather than let the Bible be free in the classroom. You talk about Bible phobia!

One editorial stated, “It is imperative to abide by the constitutional mandate of separation of church and state. No single religious perspective should be taught in our public schools and no religious belief should be taught as scientific fact.” Here is an intellectual egghead who doesn’t understand the constitution or the Bible either one.

Every article or editorial I have read supporting this teaching has been based on a false premise. First, they base their argument on a false view of the constitution: the separation is church and state, not God and state or the Bible and state. Our forefathers put “In God We Trust” on our money; they put references to God in every state constitution. Any honest history student knows that the founding fathers were men of religious freedom, not a state church from which they had come. The first printing of the first printing press in America was of the Bible to be distributed to the public schools! These men attended and supported churches. They encouraged others to do so. To try to inject something to the contrary is either stupid or deceitful.

In another article the writer really slurred the believer in creation. He called them “flat earth people,” meaning that the creationist was so ignorant and backward that he thought the earth was flat (as people did before 1492.) This rang a little bell in my head. Want a little Bible lesson?

Isaiah wrote 700 years before Christ was born:

“It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in.” Isaiah 40:22

Did you see that? Isaiah said the earth was a “circle,” like in round! Do you know when mankind learned the earth was a circle? It was in 1492, almost 2200 years after Isaiah said it was. The intellectuals told Columbus he would fall off the edge of the earth. That is how smart man is without God and the Bible. Is it a violation of church and state to teach that the earth is round? The fact was learned from the Bible and proven by experiment (Columbus’ trip.) Isn’t that what real science is…developing a theory and proving it by experiment? This is also why evolution is such a hoax. No experiment has ever proved it…that’s why honest people still call evolution a theory.

Look at another little tidbit of scripture:

“He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.” Job 37:7

Job is the oldest book in the Bible; probably written some 2000 years before Christ (we know he wrote before Moses.) He revealed what we know today as fingerprints. It was 1788 before science proved that a man’s handprints were different from every other man. If we stand in a classroom and teach that every man has different fingerprints, are we violating the liberal’s view of the constitution? You see, it was a Bible truth before men proved it a scientific truth.

If I stood before you and held up a piece of plain white writing chalk (as simple an object I could think of) and told you that the chalk just appeared, would you believe me? No, you would laugh at me. If I told you there had been a puddle of white liquid that over time evolved into this piece of chalk with which I could write on the board, would you believe me? Someone might ask from where did the white liquid come. Evolution always has to start with something, God doesn’t.

“I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.” Isaiah 45:12

“And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female.” Matthew 19:4

“For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.” Mark 13:19

“Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” Revelation 14:7

The evolutionist cannot dare go head to head with creation. He wants the teaching of creation eliminated, just like Hitler wanted the Jews eliminated. The evolutionist will lie and cheat because he knows there is a Creator and if there is a Creator, then man must face Him. This is the bottom line to evolution…trying to get rid of God. It is no more a science than a three-hole punch.

You would think that if evolution had any merit at all, surely someone or something would have been caught evolving at sometime. Evolution has not an ounce of proof and yet people believe it.

“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.” Psalm 14:1
