*“Man’s judgment” - the literal in the Greek means “Man’s Day”
A period governed by grace. Man is going his own way under Satan (Ephesians 2:2) Then, according to 2 Timothy 3:9, God interrupts and the Day of Christ is ushered in.
Events at the end of Man’s Day overlap the beginning of the Day of Christ. The Return of Elijah marks the end of Man’s Day and the beginning of the Day of Christ. Malachi 4:5-6
