Mike Penny of the Open Bible Trust toured through America and visited Northside Bible Church on October 21-23, 2009 to give a seminar on Numbers in the New Testament. There were 6 sessions given over a three day period. Session 4 covers the words Circumcise, Circumcision, Law, and finishes by asking the question "What was going on in the Acts Period?"
